Many answers are already on the site. The frequently asked questions cover costs, withdrawals and logging in, and the platform review explains how we compare ourselves. If you still need us, write to [email protected] and say which country you are in. A real person reads it. We aim to answer in plain English, and to say so when we do not know.
Complaints
Write to [email protected] with what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge your complaint within 48 business hours.
Complaints about a trade or an account may also belong with your broker. If you are not satisfied with its answer, ask it about its ombudsman or dispute scheme.

How to report a fake website or fraud

- Keep the evidenceSave the web address, a screenshot and any messages.
- Tell usEmail the details to [email protected]. Our official domains are brunevo.io and app.brunevo.io only.
- Tell your bank and the authoritiesIf money has left your account, call your bank at once and report the fraud to your national fraud service.
We cannot recover money sent to a scammer, but your report helps us act on the fake site.
